Our mission is to provide high-quality hospitality training, English skills, and whole-of-life skills to disadvantaged young people aged 18-25, leading to employment opportunities and personal development.
Food production involves the cooking of raw materials which are combined and arranged into cuisine. It also includes kitchen skills, food safety and OHS.
Our New Bagan campus is an e-classroom environment that focuses on providing English classes. Plans are underway to upgrade the facilities of this campus.
